Today is the day! We can’t wait to see you tonight at the Festhalle in Leavenworth. Doors open at 6:30 PM, and we wanted to share a few important details before you arrive.

Parking
Please note that most parking in Leavenworth is paid parking; however, paid parking ends at 8:00 PM. We have secured a limited number of complimentary parking spots, so we encourage you to try these locations first:

Mike West Realty, 940 Highway 2

Available at 5pm

Cashmere Valley Bank, 980 Highway 2

Available at 6 pm

    Event Information
    Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the show will begin at 7:00 PM. Once you arrive, please check in at the entrance, then feel free to grab a table, mingle, and enjoy the evening!

    We will have beverages available for purchase from Evergreen Family Wines (formerly Milbrandt Family Wines) and Doghaus Beer. We’ll also have a few other items for sale: a delicious mocktail, sweet treats, and a popcorn bar.

    Please note that dinner will not be served during the event.

    Brave Warriors NCW (formerly known as The Brave Warrior Project) was founded in 2017 by a mom determined to bring meaningful change to her community. What started as a small, grassroots effort to support families navigating disabilities and chronic medical conditions has grown into a comprehensive organization serving hundreds of individuals each year.

    Our mission has always been rooted in one belief: every person deserves the opportunity to thrive, and every family deserves support along the way.

    In our very first year, we served over 80 children and families. Today, Brave Warriors NCW provides a range of inclusive, adaptive, and therapeutic programs that meet the unique needs of individuals across the lifespan, from toddlers to adults, with a focus on building connection, confidence, and capability.

    Our services are designed not just for the individual, but for the whole family, addressing social, emotional, physical, and mental well-being through community-centered programming.
